Theoretically, Logic can be taught to anyone. Realistically, Logic requires a background in problem-solving, rational (sic) thinking, and a very structured and organized mind. I tried to learn Logic, both formal and informal, and only some of it stuck. I'm far too emotional to bother with Logic.

Apparently a high one. I have seen far too many people forgetting what common sense was. ~+~

Logic can be associated with simple common sense in everyday life. Even an idiot can have some common sense so they can be taught to think things out slowly so that things will make sense and they can make the correct decision. Thinking logically is a discipline that needs to be taught and practiced. On what level that logic is to be applied to is whether the person has a higher IQ. A person with an average IQ can use all the logic they have but will never figure out something like Quantum Physics.

None. I've seen parrots and apes use logic to solve puzzles.

3-4 years old... younger if you happen to be a pig.

It doesn't matter..there are degrees of intellectual level and therefore there will be degrees of recognition, learning and utilization...you did not say "optimal" so you did not limit it.:)

Two brain cells, as long as they co-operate; all things are possible.

The ability to understand cause and effect, as well as some ability to abstract, is all that is needed to use logic. It does, however, take far greater mental faculties to be good at logic.
