g'day Darksiderollerchick, Thank you for your question. You would know if you're not enjoying life and having thoughts of suicide. You would see people enjoying themselves and wonder why you don't feel the same way. There are plenty of indicators that you are feeling depressed if you listen to them. Regards

There is no such thing as "supposed" to feel. This is something people impose upon themselves because they think it's "normal"...whatever THAT means. You don't have to compare your feelings to someone else's feelings. If you aren't happy and you continually find yourself in gloomy all the time, you're depressed. Know, however, that depression (like happiness) is a choice. How you CHOOSE to react to what happens in your life determines how you feel. Simply stated, you're depressed (or happy) because you want to feel that way. Don't like the way you feel? Make another choice.
