Does the fuel additive "ETHOS FR" really do what they claim it will do and if it does isn't the cost to much to realize any savings?

It's a crock, I just got an email sayimg "Your mileage may go down due to the emissions sensor" Now they are suggesting we disconnecting the battery to reset the sensor 2-3 times in a 30 day period. That involves resetting the radio and clock EVERYTIME you do this while they come up with another excuse for mileage not improving to keep the buyer on the line. These people should be in prison!
