  • Utilities like "HijackThis" or "Autoruns" (by the former sysinternals) will make it easy for you.   • I would advise getting rid of norton all together and getting AVG anti-virus , it's free easier and works alot smoother
  • First you have to determine which program is trying to run in the background. It looks like something is trying to install itself and it needs to access files restricted by Norton. Either answer the question until the install finishs or temporarily disable Norton until the install finishes.
