  • According to church documents, You Can't! Once hit with the water, you stays wet!
  • I suppose you can just do ungodly things.
  • If it now has a different Meaning to U in regards to a "NOW PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST", just do it again with Family & Friends & Explain Ur Decision. John
  • This is a great question. Have you tried writing the church?
  • May I ask why you would want to do that? You would be erasing something that was important to your parents. It's just a piece of paper. Nothing binds you to it..there is nothing you are forced to do because of it. So why do you want to hurt your folks like that? :(
  • Your baptism is only something that means something if it means something to you. If it does not, then it is anulled in the eyes of God.
  • You have no need to. If it means nothing to you now, it means nothing. If it was in infant baptism, it was a promise by parents and sponsors to raise you in a religious faith. You had no input anyway.
  • Have a Bath
  • Tell God to take it back. Renounce His son as your Lord and Savior. The God I believe in gave us free will and will sadly do what you ask.
  • Baptism is a declaration of faith, to annul that you simplt have to make the equal and opposite declaration. If baptism was done on your behalf by a third party then that is their business and not yours. It does not really apply unless you make it personally.
  • You dont, the Bible says there is only one Baptism
  • It's a symbol/statement not anything more. I wouldn't worry about it.
  • I'm sure that a baptism can not be annuled because when you were baptized, a permenant mark went on your soul and could never be erased, but i guess that if you switch religions and you get rebaptized then it will be partially covered with that mark i hope this helps probably not though haha
  • Get yourself excommunicated.
  • I prefer not to answer regarding other religions, but according to Catholic Rite it is a sacrament thus it can not be annulled. Regards.
  • just tell HIM you're done...but I am sure HE already knows...i wish you peace....
  • well if you want to anull it because you do not believe in religion any longer then it has no significant meaning anyway. But I would judge you are still religious or spiritual by your question wording so I would say consult your new preist or cardinal or whatevr your new belief system has
  • Blaspheme the Holy Spirit. No recovering from that. But- I dont suggest it. You may just have some bad experiences with organized religion. God wants you to come home.
  • 1) "The only known mention of annulment of baptism is in Tertullian's writing, in which St. Basil is quoted twice that certain persons' baptism should be annulled under certain conditions. Today, it appears that the only religious organization that officially annuls anyone's baptism is the Jehovah's Witnesses. The Latin-Rite Western ("Roman Catholic") Church believes that no sacrament can be nullified. But it may be possible that one's baptism may be declared null and void ad initio if it was done improperly with an incorrect form, matter and intent. The Anglican practice seems to be very similar." You can display your Certificate of De-Baptism proudly framed in your hallway (porch, loo, lean-to, etc.) as an outward sign of the inner rationality that inspires your being.
