-
Girls....they will forever be a mystery to men. =)
-
History
-
Science because everything involves science
-
Mathematics, for that would provide the answers to virtually everything else.
-
Language. If I knew all about every language then I could perhaps get people to see beyond their preconceptions and allow everybody to understand everybody else. If that failed then I would have a great job as a translator for highly placed people who would pay me loads of money.
-
I wouldn't want to know everything about anything. One of the great pleasures in my life is discovering new things - whether that's a new way to make money, a new band I like, or a new random historical fact. Knowing everything about anything would kind of ruin the fun.
-
Quantum Physics, Psychology, Theology...I can't choose just one.
-
It would ttly be math! I am such a math freak. Everyone thinks I am a suck-up though and I'm not. I even think that my math teacher is sooo boring!
-
The meaning of life.
-
It would be the subject of me. From beginning to end I would know the outcome. No surprises.
-
Physics. I think the most important human science is physics. If humanity is every going to determine what the meaning of life is, it will be because physics opens the door to the answer(s.)
-
People. I want to understand everything and everything about people. I want to know about people from different countries in the world, people of different colours, and backgrounds. I want to know what makes everyone their own, special, individual self.
-
The afterlife
-
Music... It's what I do... why not know all I can about it?
-
Robotics and Artificial Intelligence - so many people are amazed by what is being done with robots now, just imagine what the future holds!!
-
My good-boy ego says: Health (Medicine / Diseases/ The Human Body)- I could stop alot of needless pain and suffering in the world. My evil alter ego says: Finances- I'm rich beyotch!
-
Philosophy embraces the totality of all human knowledge. I would say, "Theology," but it would be impossible to know everything about God and for God to still be God.
-
To know the inner workings of the female brain. Sometimes i just can't understand.
-
Literature...if you know that you know everything of mankind and our weaknesses.
-
Humans, it would be nice to know why people do things.
-
Horsemanship.

History. I chose that subject, because it seems like the broadest; I'd know the truth about every event, every little thing that ever happened.
-
Love. Although I have a feeling that knowledge may just drive me insane.
-
Theology
-

How the human mind and body works. Then no one could fool me. And I've always wondered: Does a colour look the same to all of us. Maybe we all just learned what to call the colours we see. The colour I call green might look to you like the colour I call blue. You never know.
-
Medical Science.
-
Women. I don't get my wife sometimes. Especially during PMS.
-
People. If I knew eveything about human nature I think I could learn just about all there was to know about stopping the hate and sickness that perpetuates society. I hope this would be able to be put to good use. If not. History would be my choice to know everything that happened from the start of recorded history must give insight into our modern problems
-
The legalities of becoming a multi-national citizen, preferably between the two countries Britain and Canada. :p
-
Beauty...So I would know all the secrets and tips!
-
in the information age it's easy to think that "knowing" about something is enough. knowledge doesn't necessarily equate wisdom, something i think this question is alluding to. i think i'd go for something a little less lofty, since i think time is an essential ingredient for wisdom. i'd love to know more about how to make a great breakfast...omelettes, waffles, and such
-
food. that way i can cook everything to perfection. cook for the man i love and the family we'll have. hell, maybe even make a living out of it. currently however, all i know about cooking can fit in a matchbox. I can only do three things with a stove: boil water, fry eggs, and fry hotdogs. Haha.
-
life... everything and anything i could cram into my head. :P
-
language or maths.....
-
Women - i still don't everything about them.
-
actually....boys lol
-
History. I am something of an eternal tourist and when I travel knowing something of the History of the area makes the trip much more worthwhile. For example knowing of the history of the French Revolution makes a trip to Paris much more enjoyable. You need to know of the struggles of Vincent Van Gough to fully appreciate his art. Knowing about the history of the Soviet Unions actions in the Second World War makes you realize how ludicrous statements about how the Germans were defeated in the East in WWII by winter were. The Soviets defended Moscow the same way they defended Stalingrad. Keeping fresh armies (and I mean armies) waiting till the Germans were at the point of exhaustion and then unleashing them. Also no one can understand how the allies achieved victory in the West without knowing of the “ultra” secret.
-
Language arts. I'm failing that class
-
methods of creating vampires. or true ninjutsu.
-
mind readin
-
God
-
Drums, i love the drums!
-
Science. It encompasses so much. In order to know *everything* about it, I would automatically have to understand the supporting mathematics, physics, biology etc. But wouldn't it be cool to explain everything about the formation of the universe, natural disasters (and their prevention or early warning), and the mystery of the human body?
-
Medicine.
-
The Stock Markets, NYSE, NIKEI, HANG SENG, NASDAQ and the other ones I can't think of
-
Life.
-
Psychology
-

-
The male species. Cos Men are deeper than the ocean & you never get to the bottom of them
-
Cancer That way I might know of a way to stop or cure it =(
-
The female gender. If I had it figured out, I could attract all the ladies without being rude, awkward, or just plain stupid.
-
What makes a man truly love a woman and vice versa.
-
History. To know everything and everything that ever happened... it'd be bliss.
-
The nature of matter. If you could discover how matter functions, (on the quantum level) you could know the reason why everything happened, and maybe even what is going to happen. But I don't think the human mind could comprehend all that information, we would have to use some crazy futuristic super-computer.
-
Astronomy.
-
the subject of EVERYTHING! Muahahahaha... or maybe just the subject of life. Ex: what is life, why is life impt etc...
-
History. Definately, because than there would be no doubt in your mind as to how everthing happened and you would know if the bible stories really happened, and all about the scientific discoveries. I think once you knew the history of everything you would appreciate everything alot more, and understand how everything from motors to people work!

The answers here are amazing! The question itself and, for the most part, all the submitted answers are equally thought provoking! Oh my, how I love this site! My first answer would be: "How to learn!" That said, my second 'answer' would not be an answer at all. In my view, 'having knowledge' per se, even if one did know everything about one particular subject, is not really the issue--although IT IS the question presented here! (Told ya, this question is thought provoking and a really great one to boot!) What appears to me at issue, and perhaps a subtext of the question, is HOW TO USE any knowledge in an actionable, concrete way, allowing this specific wisdom to be forwarded universally 'One' having knowledge, no matter how great, is kinda like the kid on the block with the only ice cream cone, deliciously licking away, while all the other kids stare on. Knowledge 'owned,' is empty without knowledge shared!
-
Linguistics. I would love to know all of the latin based languages. To choose one I would have to go with FRENCH, to me it is the most beautiful language on the planet.
-
