I laugh at them and that does it.

I reserve scolding for children, but I never scold THEM. I scold the actions only. For adults, I usually say exactly what is on my mind with no expectations of them changing a damn thing. I am pleasantly surprised when they do, which is at least 1/2 the time :) :) :) People are mostly good.

I don't. If I don't like what their doing or what they've said, I leave.
