Help answer this question below.
Seen as I'm seeing him Sunday... I AM SOOOO super excited. Actually I really hope it will help the state of our country politically, because he is coming at SUCH a crucial time, and help Catholics return to the church.
The pope's here? Oh, let me put the kettle on. We have so much to talk about.
It's a political visit, nothing more. I can guess that he's going to speak to President Bush, a few priests around the country, perhaps a few rabbis and imams, preach tolerance, peace, and give a stearn message to pedophile priests...then he'll leave and everything will carry on, business as usual.
I'm glad. I think it's good for America during these troubled times. :)
I asked this question the other day. None answered. Did you catch what Bush said to the Pope after his speech?
Who Cares, I Dont
He is such a ice man with such a nice history!

I volunteer with my old HS youth group... and our youth minister was taking names for people who wanted to go but could only take 20... I was "randomly" selected. It wasn't random... If I was going to choose the people myself I would have come up with almost the exact same list.

It always helps to be on the inside when names are randomly selected.

Haha... it was great the same week I was part of helping the core team randomly select small groups... there is NOTHING random about high school small groups. Especially when you get into "well they can't be togetehr because she's dating her brother's best friend" and "they should be together because they don't know eachother but you know they have the same taste in guys... but we can't put any of those guys IN the small group."

I'm glad that I haven't been to high school for over 17 years already. I don't need that hassle.
