I was thinking of asking this question. Sometimes I go down the main page and look at each question rating up from there, sometimes I do it per user that I feel deserves it Good question: positrolled

I go to my friends list and just pick someone...it's all random.

It depends, if I know a certain user has been trolled a lot recently I will positroll them. Usually a few times I day I just hit the homepage. Other times I hit my friends list and pick someone at random.

Well, I was thinking about the same question earlier when i was posi-trolling someone who wanted others to posi-troll. I pick someone at random, go to the q's and a's and start by UP'ing the least point q's and a's until I run out of points to give that person. Happened a couple times today.

Scan through an ABers questions and try to answer ones that received few replies or few points. Scan through their answers and give them points for answers they didn't recevie any points for.

I'll pick a good answer or question, find the user, go to their profile, answer all their q's and positroll them 'till I'm on the "points bench" with them;) I also positroll every answerer in a question I answer.

Not an exact science but when I do it: I first go and look at the questions or answers of that user that have negative scores. I try to think objectively and plus the ones that are unfairly downrated. Then I move on to the good questions with no points or very few answers, if I feel I can contribute, I answer some of those. I do the the same with answers. I sometimes check the answers with most points from that user and reward those as well.

I usually just go through the user's answers, since I can give 6 to them, and only 5 to questions. If the user is an expert in a category, I will usually try to positroll their answers in that category first. The same goes if I know someone is trying to become an expert in a certain category. I make sure they get their points where they want them if at all possible!
