One is a generalisation of the other.

Global warming is a particular type of climate change. The climate could also get colder (an ice age) Also, if you think of climate as a more local phenomena, then global warming BRINGS ABOUT climate change. If the mean earth temperature gets warmer, then places that are suitable for growing grapes will become too hot (this is actually happening in france), and places that were once too cold will become better producers.

Well...global warming is bringing about climate change on a global scale because our combined emmissions are warming up the earth's air and water temperatures in a greenhouse type fashion. These altered temperatures are changing the climate because the water and air conditions on earth shape our weather. wetter regions are expected to get wetter while dry ones are going to become drier :)

Global warming is a general rise in worldwide temperature. This is one aspect of climate change. Climate change refers to the fact that Earth's climate is not stable. It is in a constant state of flux. This is the general meaning of these two terms. However, as used by most media outlets, these two terms are more narrowly used to describe how humans are allegedly destroying the Earth. The big scare was human cause (anthropogenic) global warming. However, in order to hedge their bets, those that discussed this started changing the language to climate change so that they could continue to blame humans even if the temperature stops rising (which it seems to have done) and starts to go down again.
