  • Click on Start, All Programs, Startup to open the startup program group. Drag and drop a shortcut to the program you want to run on startup into the box. The program will start when you start windows.
  • Open the registry editor heres the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SOFTWARE-Microsoft-Windows-CurrentVersion-Run Or download SPYBOT Search and Destroy and in the advanced mode go to TOOLS > SYSTEM STARTUP > CLICK "INSERT" > 1) Choose USER for just your login choose Local Machine for all users. 2) Choose the type of starup object. More than likely you'll want to use the first one, "RUN" 3) Where it says "Name of link" Give the startup object a name like Answerbag, Felix the Cat, or what ever you feel that fits the description. 4) Find the link and put it where it says "Linked File", give the full path: EG- C:-Program Files-AnswerbagAB.exe or C:-Documents and Settings-User Name-MyDocuments-Answerbag.Jpg EDIT: Answerbag won't allow me to use back slash so I substituted a - dash - in it's place
