  • I was living with this guy who was abusive. So, when I got a chance to leave him, I took it. Well, I got a U-Haul to get my stuff from our apartment(all of the stuff in it was mine). When we opened the door the place was barren. He had taken everything out. I was left with one dresser with a fish tank on top and my clothes. Everything else was gone.
  • College roommate with an eating disorder. Thanks to winter and baggy clothes, by the time I noticed and got her help (which she didn't want) the doctor said her heart could have stopped in her sleep at any time. She was down to 78 pounds and her electrolytes were way out of balance. Even though I saved her life, she hated my interference and it ruined our friendship.
  • I don't have one. ;)
  • When I was in my twenties against my better judgment I allowed a roommate. At first everything was fine, but as time went by she became addicted to drugs. I really had no idea she was using, but things would go missing and then appear again, like my diamond earrings, or a charm bracelet, etc. I finally decided to put a lock on my bedroom door but somehow she must have gotten in. There on the dresser was my jewelry box with a family heirloom, a Pawn Shop's dream come true! It was a ring made for me with a perfect diamond that had been passed down to my Grandfather. I had had the ring since I was 13 and treasured the beautiful stone. I could forgive alot, but the ring was irreplaceable and the sentiment behind it was cruelly stolen from me and smoked up a crack pipe. That was the end of roommates forever for me.
  • I don't have one :)
  • You mean the story of the crackhead who used to go into my wallet to take $40 for a rock, who stole a ring that was given to me for my 16th b-day that was made from a HIGE amethyst and diamonds to sell for crack and when I found my missing wallet in her drawer how I ripped her room apart and stole rings from her that I knew didn't cost much but would hurt her knowing they were missing and I gave them away to strangers. That's a roommate horror story,
  • i've never had a roommate. I prefered to live alone.
  • When I was 18 my roommate at the time had a 3 year old daughter. The mom was never there and let different people come pick up the kid at all hours. I was really the only constant thing there. The mom would go to work and I would wake to find a note saying the kid was in bed sleeping. After a while the little girl started calling me mommy. They moved out shortly after that because I confronted the mom about always leaving her kid. Never heard from either of them again.
  • Should I go with the anorexic ex-best friend or should I go with your college roommate horror story (Errrr, the one BEFORE me??)
  • I don't have one because I've never had a roommate.
