  • I think I've read this question someplace before....
  • Joe Speedy..v. witty. Well interesting question, interesting feelings. There's apparently a theory that deja vu is caused by your brain when it mistakenly recognises a visual scene for a memory you already have - through unusual electrical impulses in the brain. It is said to be harmless, but if it is happening so frequently, might be worth a trip to the docs, to put your mind at rest. Stress apparently can also cause more frequent deja vu
  • Can't say why you are having your deja vu's but I can tell you if you want to feel better go off into a forest and be alone with nature, where there's a river or lake, water and just reconnect with yourself. Like one answer said it could be stress, take care of you and try to let go of why.....
  • I know how you feel, I swear I've dreamt about most of the things I have done before doing them! And it's odd too, because I tend to be so random I don't even know what I will be doing every day. I haven't got a clue, but maybe you feel like you are just going around in circles in your life?
  • You're Psychic, spend some time in the evening meditating and you may be able to do more with you're now latent gifts.
  • I did a report on deja vu(french for "already seen" btw) last year. There are 2 current theories; one is that you are tired or dehydrated and so your perception becomes out of sync with the rate at which you recieve information, so you think you've already experienced it. To me, that makes no sense at all... the other theory is that you are unusually well rested, so you are processing information much more quickly. Your brain mistakes this for something you've experienced before because typically something you've already seen or heard will be processed faster. Tu comprends?
