I got a refund. That's why I filed in early February. :o)

I will get a refund. I have to remember to get them in the mail! They've been done for ages...what a procrastinator I've been!

Refund! I always claim zero (as does my husband). Then we reap the benefits annually, and buy a big ticket item. It's great- it's like a little savings account that we can spend on ourselves.

Be clear about this: You only get a real refund if you are in or near the poverty line and have deductions or tax credits enough to take you in the negative and the government pays you money you did not earn. Are you asking whether you underpaid or overpaid during the year? A refund check indicates you overpaid the taxes due, it does not necessarily mean you did not pay taxes. Owing money indicates you did not pay enough taxes during the year and you need to pony up even more cash. I had to write an additional check.

yes I got a refund and I will also get a rebate around May of this year.

I was due a refund, which was taken to pay off what I still owed from the previous year! Dang!
