I'm 100% ethnically Polish, but my mom only made a few things. I hate kielbasa, although that may not be kielbasa's fault since I hate most sausages. She made something pronounced "kapushnacki", which was ground beef mixed w/ spices and rice, wrapped in cabbage, which was ok I guess.

Well, to be honest, I do not know much about polish foods. But, what I do know is that they make pickles, so thats my favorite.

My favourite, and one which I recommend to you all, is the meaty dish of Baranina, a favourite with me. It is a very simple dish of grilled or roasted lamb, which makes for a hassle-free preparation. Fasolka po bretonsku, which is a bean and sausage stew, Zrazy zawijane, which is rolled fillets of hashed veal in a spicy sauce and Eberka w miodzie or honeyed pork ribs are some of my true favourites. Without doubt, these Polski dishes are my favourites..

Potato Pierogies made fresh with sour cream & sauteed onions. I also like cheese babka
