  • Memorizing all the rules, and formulas. You must know the unit circle, all trigonometric identities, most area and volume formulas (from geometry), derivatives and integrals pretty much off the top of your head to do the problems efficiently, and therefore learn it. Not doing this is like learning to write without memorizing the alphabet - it's never going to happen. So, get to studying, and then go practice problems until you have it down. Calculus is actually really easy, just one step above high school algebra - nothing more.
