Yes... just to streach out paying some of what we owed a little longer. I do not believe in tax refunds. I can save my own money. Why let the government have it when EVERYONE could use it as we go through the year.

I used to file for an extension faithfully every year. The past couple of years I've been able to simplify my tax situation considerably though.

Yes, the first filing season after we had bought the store. The accountant had to wait for some reports to come in.

Yes, every year I file an extension. I used to print & mail the form, but now I just use FileLater (http://filelater.com). It's much faster, and I like knowing when my extension is officially approved (you'll get an email).
