As in the previous Pokemon games, the difference is that some pokemon in Ruby are not in Sapphire and vice versa. For example Seedot and Mawile are only in Ruby and not Sapphire. Also, some pokemon are harder to find in one game then the other.

The difference is in ruby there are 10 or a few more different pokemon same in saffire which means u can t complete ur pokedex widout trading those different pokemon to each other plus kyore is in saffire and groudon is in ruby plus latios and latias there is 1 in each of the games

The colour of the games are diffrent and in sapphire you get a lattias and in ruby you get lattios hope that helped

The difference is that there is team aqua on sapphire and team magma on ruby.
