  • Nope. Just Jeebus.
  • wow...everyone konws that it was jesus who died on the cross for our sins.
  • Yes, He did. God the Son, Jesus, died on the Cross. Only a perfect human could pay for sin, and no human born in the normal way was perfect. God said in the Old Testament that "His own right hand" would save "Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him." (Psalm 98:1) and in Isaiah 59:16, it reads "He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm worked salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him." Jesus is God's right arm and hand, the Saviour of the world.
  • No,how could a deity be on a cross?
  • Nietzsche killed Him! ;-)
  • That, my friend, is for you to personally decide.
  • In a way he did because it was Jesus who actually died on the cross, but God is part of him through the trinity, it is a complicated concept
  • Yes, for Jesus is God, and He died on the cross, though He was doing the will of the Father, who is also God, but didn't die, but planned it long ago. The best way I can explain it is if you imagine that there are two realms. There is our realm, where the Father, the Son, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are all equally God to us. However, within the Trinity (second realm), there is a subordination, for the Holy Spirit serves the Son, who in turn, serves the Father, yet all are one God, in three Persons. It is not our place to decide that this idea is completely factual, but it is the best way I know of to describe it, so I hope I helped someone with it!
  • God's not dead
