Not alimony, but you may still be required to pay child support. Why are you letting her keep the house? Let the child keep it and get joint physical custody of you.

Divorcing husband, prior to him leaving residence we signed a settlement agreement (I drafted) witnessned by a notary which states neither party shall receive spousal support. He now wants support. Claims doc is fraudulent. Can he be awarded support?

Why is me wife's ex entitled to claim allimony from me for THEIR children. The kids were in her care, but I returned them to him as he is refusing to provide fiancial support. Now the court is entertaining his claim against me.
