No, I've known several people who just don't drive, they have various reasons, but it's their choice. My grandmother, for one, never once drove any type of vehicle.

No, in fact I'm jealous. I have a friend who's 32 and has never had his license. Of course it helps that he lived in Europe and Big Cities for most of his life.

My mother died at 81, never having driven. She did not have a license. And what about the disabled? Those who's disability prevents them from getting one (like blindness)? Should you look down on them? WHO CARES???

I was close to 20 before I ever got a license or even got behind the wheel. Am now a very successful professsional truck driver.

No, because the only thing that having a driver's license proves is that you passed the test, somehow.
