  • A thank-you note will usually set you apart from the other candidates. You need to send them right after the interview - on the way home, even. If there happens to be someone in the second round that was also in the first round of interviewers, you don't need to send a second note. Hopefully you'll be able to tell them in person when you start! :o) You sound savvy enough to know that this should be a hand-written note and not an email. I thought I'd just check. +2
  • No. You should write it before then. It will show your continuing interest in the position/company and will also show class. And it may be that extra little something that puts you above the others who are also vying for the same position.
  • I would send one now. You can thank them for taking the time etc..etc...and also mention that you're looking forward to meeting with them again next week. And Thank You by the way, for reminding me how important it is to take this extra step! Good Luck!
