No, it makes me wonder what we, the members of this community are all about. Free speech can be a beautiful thing, and it can also be abused. The staff has nothing to do with the quality of content on this site. They are facilitators, we are the contributors. We are driving the bus. My suggestion to you is that when you spot an answer or question that seems phony, do as you did, a little research into that baggers profile. If you think that the question is phony, mark it as nonsense.

Sometimes people post hypothetical questions, or questions regarding other's antics and are looking for advice they can pass on. Some are just fun questions. I have to say, it's a good thing you did some research... But I guess I shouldn't expect anything less of a lawyer. (I've also learned, debating with a lawyer is one of the most difficult tasks life can hand you.) :)
