  • if you haven't already finished yourself, nothing if life is worth killing your self for. i had a friend how was on the scene of some jumpers, and those that survived say that as soon as they jumped their problems weren't as bad as they thought. you may think it is a way out, but you need to seek some help if you feel this way.
  • I'm not going to give instructions or condone what you want to do.Nor am I going to belittle you or tell you it can be better.I've known depression since I was very young.I'm middle aged now and the only reason that I am still here is fear of a worse afterlife.People can tell you all about suicide failures who say "Oh, my problems didn't seem that big as soon as I jumped".These, however, are typically people with situational problems. In other words, they know what is causing them to be sad and if the situation is resolved they are happy again.Either that or they feel a window was opened to them and they survived for a reason.Given time, their life will suck again. I just say, as painful as it is and no matter if your stomach is on fire and your head feels like it will explode, try to hold on for this relatively short ride.If the consequences are worse in the hereafter,if there is one, then you could very well be screwed.
