Guys- If you were NOT interested in dating someone who had confessed their feelings for you, would you accept an invitation to their birthday party where you didn't know anyone but the birthday girl?

maybe...i'm a girl but some guys would do that to be nice, maybe they are thinking about picking up chicks there. LOL, just kidding. If someone invited me to a B-day party I would go even if they liked me and I didn't like them romantically back

As long as we were friends before you confessed your feelings, I would go to support you. I remember in high school I asked out a girl who was my bestfriend, and she rejected me. I tried to avoid her because it was awkward but she sought me out, to make sure our friendship remained. Never let a friendship go just because feelings weren't shared.

I guess, it would be really awkward, but if I knew she liked me I would assume she would want me there.
