I'd say: "Never mind honey, I don't blame you. God already knew what was going to happen before we were both created so there was really nothing you could have done differently. Anyway how were you supposed to know that the snakey thing by the tree was actually a superpowerful angel that went nuts and became the personification of evil. Who would have thought that God could allowed such a creature to exist, let alone hang around this place which we were assured was paradise.
