  • Nothing comes to mind. : /
  • 2 beautiful children after cervical cancer when I was 16. I was told I had a slim to no chance of getting pregnant.
  • Nothing comes to my mind I can think of.
  • i have seen a few miracles but none for me
  • The first thing that comes to mind is my daughter. Then everything else I have & the things that I don't have
  • I'm still here and I'm sure I didn't have to make it this far.
  • Which god?
  • Both of my little boys are miracles!!
  • Nothing like angels in the sky or moving mountains or anything 'big' like that, but then even if He did, would you believe me? Two that I can think of, but I can't say that they would impress others if I tell them so usually I don't bother saying, but here goes .... One time I was at a pub - should've been nothing unusual but for reasons unknown I got really scared. Sick of 'being a wuss', I tried to fight the fear but after about half an hour I thought, "That's enough" and left. Next day I hear on the radio that an hour after I left a heap of bikies turned up at that pub and a big brawl broke out. If there is a scientific explanation to how I 'knew', I'd love to hear it but the fact is, there is also a scientific explanation why so many others didn't leave so I'm still happy to believe that God was simply looking after me. Another time a complete stranger punched me in the head in broad daylight. Thing is, I felt no pain or fear. If I hadn't have slightly lost my balance, I wouldn't have even known he'd hit me. As I walked away I felt blood trickling down my face. Checked it out, he'd given me a severely split lip. I was annoyed at the time but I figured that if I hadn't been given something to remember the incident by then I probably would've ended up thinking that I imagined it. A few days of waiting for my lip to heal reminded me that it was real. Again, I don't expect people to get excited when I tell them about this 'miracle'. Maybe there is a scientific explanation (and I'd like to hear it if there is - I like science), but I'm just 'lucky' that the guy hit me in exactly the right way so that I felt nothing even though my lip was split. Just as easy to believe that God was looking after me, so that is what I believe. I was exceptionally grateful that I felt no pain or fear. I have met many people who describe 'mundane' things as miracles but I have also met many people who have experienced 'amazing coincidences' that are just as easy to believe as 'God was looking after them'. If God puts a miracle on auto-pilot, we call it 'science'. If he does a one-off out of the blue, we call it 'luck'. Be careful not to assume Him out of existence.
  • I'm still alive! That's already a miracle for me.
  • He has blessed me w/my beautiful children, given me courage to face adversity now and in my past and has given me strength in all aspects of my life.
  • I have been blessed with a wonderful wife (41 years now), two terrific kids, and in my opinion the best grandkids in the world. That I would deserve all this is a miracle!
  • The number one most recent miracle that God has performed for me and my family is my grandmother. In August 2007 she was admitted to the hospital. She has been a smoker for many years and has congestive heart failure and enphysema because of it. The doctors at the hospital said that there was nothing more they could do for her so they sent her to a Hospice house. He told us that their number one priority was to make her last days on earth as pain free as possible. He said that she would never make it back home and wouldn't live more than a few weeks if that. We have a very strong Christian family and began to pray for her...People from all over were praying for her recovery. She is still alive today and almost back to her normal self. She has to be on oxygen but that is the only thing. She has been living in her house now for over 5 months. The doctors kept saying how unordinary it was for her to be so much better but we all know that it was God. He gave our family the miracle of spending just a little bit longer than we ever thought we could with Mamaw.
  • let me be born
  • What is more probable, that there is nothing or that there is something? We only exist because God did something EXTRAORDINARY and therefore our VERY EXISTENCE is a miracle! To God be the Glory!
  • Sleight of hand? I dunno. A magician never tells.
  • God cured me of brain cancer. The doctors could only say that my recovery was "miraculous". Later God healed me after I sustained a fractured skull. Doctors said that I would suffer severe brain damage and most likely be catatonic, but, God the only result that God left was loss of hearing in my right ear. I served as a Christian missionary for over 3 years. God brought me through with no funds. I always had something to eat, even if it was only a little. I always had a roof over my head, even if it leaked. Each time that I had nothing left, God provided. More recently, I have been looking to change jobs for a year. No work to be found. I prayed and prayed. Three weeks ago I felt God telling me to trust in Him again. I left my job, with no work lined up. After a year of no calls, I received 4 job offers that same week. God is Wonderful. Some can claim that these things were all coincidences, or luck. As a Christian I don't believe in coincidence or luck. God's miracles don't always take the form of a burning bush or a talking donkey. God's miracles in our lives are those things that happen, though we are absolutely convinced that they won't, or can't. Faith is the answer.
