The guy who cooks with beakers and science! don't remember his name but he is probably the best in the world. He makes icecream with liquid nitrogen.

Jamie Oliver...then I would want him to sit down with me and talk while we eat together. I find him very smart and insightful...would be an excellent companion for dinner.

Giada DeLaurentis, beceause her food is pretty, palatable, it doesn't involve things like beaver armpits, and I can pronounce all the ingrediants involved. A big plus: a completly catchpharse-free meal!

Paula Deen or Emeril Lagasse for me. I like their food. My husband likes Giada DeLaurentis - He thinks she's "hot".

Emeril Lagasse. Everything he makes sounds delicious, looks delicious and IS delicious. I have eaten at a number of his restaurants and love the varied menus. They are unique and use spices that add a lot to a dish. When on his cooking show he makes cooking fun and he shows his passion for what he does.
