  • Sadly, they aren't going to be your friends very long because you're going to have to repeat the school year. Ask your teachers for help.
  • Hints don't work. If you really want help, you're going to have to ask for it directly. However, unless your friends are exceptionally good at the subjects you are failing, you would be better off going to your teachers. Really, it's a better idea to go to your teachers anyway because they should have a better idea of how to help you. They are there to help you learn, and most of them are willing to work with you if you will put in the effort. However, they aren't going to be very pleased if you aren't willing to work hard. If you really want to do well, you're going to have to focus on school.
  • YES... The FIRST person you should have asked for help was your teacher.
  • You should be asking teachers, parents, maybe an after-school study help group if one is available. Your friends have their own grades to worry about.
  • Dropping hints and asking are two totally different things. I think you should directly ask them for help rather then hint at it.
  • If you want their help ASK THEM. Hinting is not getting you anywhere, obviously. If they still won't help you, go straight to the teacher and ask for help, that's what they get paid for!
  • Go to your Counselor at school, and let them know you are having problems with your school work, they will be able to get you the correct help, whether it is another student to tutor you or a teacher that will stay after, to help you out.
  • youve got to be kidding. your grades are too important to wait around on others...go see a counselor, teacher, or get a tutor...asap
