Very much so. I study and teach Historical European Swordsmanship as well, focusing on the teachings of Johannes Liechtenauer, a 14th Century master at arms. My favourite weapon is the longsword (a two-handed straight, double-edged sword that's about 4 feet tip to tip), for its speed and versatility. I also enjoy the messer (which is like a falchion) and I love the look of viking swords as well. I would love to own a Brescia Spadona by Albion Swords: http://www.albion-swords.com/swords/johnsson/sword-museum-brescia.htm I already have an Agincourt, Earl and Liechtenauer by the same company. :)

Yeah I really like katana.
