Diets don`t work......it is portion control and excercise that works!!! Choose proper wholesome foods and limit your consumption of them...u could use a smaller plate size as well (like a tea plate)......drink the 8 glasses of water a day and excercise enough to break a sweat and you will lose weight.... www.tops.org.......is a weightloss support group in the USA and Canada that is a great tool to use! Good luck
