You run a fish restaurant. Your customers want fresh fish. So you keep the fish i a barrel and shoot them when the kitchen needs them.

Because it would be an easy kill. There are some hunters who hunt in such setups. :(

Fish in captivity with no glass walls to look out of, should be humanely culled with a 12 bore for their own good.
