No, for two reasons: 1. two wrongs do not make a right. two assaults, instead of one. 2. you can recover from a kick in the groin, without obvious scars. a person, with a broken nose, can be scared for life. Assaulting a person is a crime. being kicked in the groin is an assault and a crime. do it the legal way....call the police, make a report and sign a warrant. you will win in the end.

I would say that it depends on the situation. I don't hit ladies. However, in my mind, ladies don't hit other people without just provocation. Short of self defense, a lady would have no justification for hitting a man in the privates. If you are being offensive to the lady (talking dirty of making improper advances), then I think that she is justified in an open handed slap across the face. Then again, no gentleman should be behaving that that way. Beyond the correctional slap, if you did start the violence, then I would say that you got what you deserved. However, if she goes further than just a slap and is not having to defend herself against violence that you initiated, then she has given up the right to be considered a lady. At this point, all bets are off as far as I am concerned. Being a gentleman doesn't mean that you have to allow a woman to beat you up. Use whatever force you need to defend yourself and then seriously consider calling in the cops. As another poster stated, that kind of an assault can do serious injury to a guy. Therefore, the girl should not be allowed to get away with such an attack if it was not in self defence.

Well, girls are much weaker then guys, so I'm not sure if it would be that fair...But I guess it is sorta fair since it hurts there, right? (I'm a girl, by the way)...I n my opinion, it's not very nice to hit girls, but it depends on the situation and whether you deserved it or not... If you ask me, the best thing to do is call the police. I mean, like someone else said, being kicked in that area is an offense and a physical assault.
