I wouldn't go back to that doctor again - clearly they aren't overly thorough or professional. Abdominal pain really needs to be investigated there on the spot as it can be a symptom of so many things. Find yourself another doctor.
I wouldn't go back to the doctor, but I would make sure to do a few other things as well...
1. confront them and ask if they were supposed to palpate, etc.
2. tell people you know not to go there
3. ask around for a better doctor... not all of them are that bad.

You're reading What would you do about a doctor that you went to see regarding abdominal pain and he or she didn't even palpate or listen to your abdomen. They just ordered a lot of blood test, then scurried out of the exam room?
