We slice roma tomatoes very thin, sprinkle with garlic and rosemary then dry them in the oven (low temp). These store nicely after being canned or vacuum packed. Put some cream cheese on a triscuit, place a sun-dried tomato on top, and snack away! If I am fixing for a party sometimes I add a little bit of black lumpfish caviar on top of the tomato.

I press cream cheese on a plate, spoon on chili sauce and little shrimp or crabmeat on top. Scoop up a tasty mouthful with your triscuit.
