No, but I tend not to violate the AB Terms of Use.

It might seem like bullying, but if you are doing something that clearly violates the Terms of Use, other users can (and will) make you aware of it. Generally, this responsibility is left up the Community Leaders, but they can not be everywhere at all times.

If, however, you feel that you are genuinely being victimized by someone, you can mostly certainly report the incident via the feedback form. That is what it is there for, and I am sure the Staff will make every endevour to reach a solution for you.

No, nobody so far has 'thrown the book' at me, but I've seen it done to others.

Anytime, I myself like to see smooth sailing on AB but don't like it when people are too rigid and EVERYTHING you do must be by the book, I don't like being 'policed' either.

I think with the thousands of unanswered questions and utter nonsense that sometimes sails right through the filters, that there is room for some sillyness and foolishness every now and again.

No, but then again, I don't violate any Terms of Use here at AnswerBag. I don't violate the rules that they haven't placed in one spot for us, either. And I try not to violate the unwritten rules that this community has established, also.
