It's not any different shaped butchered actually than let's say a rabbit, only a bit bigger, but much smaller than a steer or maybe like a deer. If I can trim a steak from an elk with no trouble a human shouldn't be any problem. You just have to know your cuts.

Hmmm... Would think the "chops" would be MUCH meatier than, say, Lamb Chops, though in some, there may be much more fat to trim. And in many humans, the "Ham" might be MUCH bigger than some you can find in pork!

Speaking of cannibalism, have you tried the new "Cheaney" steaks? They're not very tender and taste old but you get big portions. (Political humor.)

Not only that, a lot of people nowadays probably wouldn't taste very good. Just think of all the CRAP and preservatives we consume daily!
