  • You have issues you could discuss with someone who might offer various therapies to help you think happy thoughts most of the time. You live in a boarding school. Where are your parents? Just that would make any normal teenager angry. And for a reason. It is just not apparent. Getting angry has a reason, even if you cant see it. Maybe you are angry at your German heritage. You say you arent happy about that. Its little things that make mountains out of mole hills. Are you blond with blue eyes?

  • ohhh yes i do, a lot in recent months my lovely fiance cant get anything right! he annoys me so i shout LEAVE ME ALONE! then when he does i have a go at him for leaving me when im upset! its a very stressful time for us both
  • Coping with stress can be a challenge. Its not such a terrible thing to learn a few tricks to cope with stress. Meditation is a good way to stress out. Sitting for twenty minutes with my eyes closed, just letting the stress pass through my mind into the recycle bin works for me. I dont have the desire to do it twice a day. You could write down your dreams and examine them for stress and you could learn about your self that way. Some people go for walks or they jog or they play tennis or they punch a punching bag at the gym. Stress can cause ulcers and rip your body apart without you even knowing it. Coping is just temporary. You need something that is regular and has cleansing effects. Moms need it, Kids need it. Everybody needs little or big techniques to handle everyday stress. It could kill you and you wouldnt even know it.

  • Last week in its entirety, I wanted the world to blow up. I quit smoking last friday and I've had some wonderful mood swings. But even without them, sometimes I just feel so angry at the world, and I just want to get into a fight with a random person so I can make something hurt. I'm glad it doesn't happen all that often.
  • im pretty sure i have been in that mood for about a week and a half now.....however upon thinking about the no apparent reason part.......i have several reasons to feel that way and i am pretty sure he's gonna hear them all lol

  • Oh god yes. The worst part is that I end up being a bitch to everyone and I can tell it's hurting their feelings but I just can't stop. Mean things just keeping falling out of my mouth every time I open it.
