Does anyone know why a Powerpoint presentation might lose its formatting when emailed between machines? (Both running the same version; shared network drive crapped out.) Any suggestions on how to prevent this and/or how to fix it?

sheryl I am not a whiz at the computer..but I have had problems with power point...I generally find that if I save the item to 'my documents' and then open it there with powerpoint and generate the mail by right clicking on it from there through powerpoint that I can sometimes get better results.I know that this sounds crazy but it seems to work for me.
