I think its estcasty or an 'E' (think thats spelt right) I am not a drug user myself but i know of several people who the morning after taking an E, would nearly chew their lips of or lick them beyond what is necessary...

Could be E, could be a variety of uppers like cocaine/amphetamines which often cause people to sort of grind their mouths.

Anything that causes dry-mouth... mainly E, but sometimes weed and possibly speed...
