Does anyone know how much mass was converted to energy in the Hiroshima fission bomb? Or what mass of Helium was generated in the 50MT CZAR Bomb?

Hiroshima: Yield equivalent ot 13 to 16 kilotons of TNT Each ton of TNT is standardized at 4.184 gigajoules (GJ) 13000 tons TNT = 54000 GJ = 600 mg 16000 tons TNT = 67000 GJ = 750 mg (Use E = mc^2 !) 50000000 tons TNT = 2.1 x10^17 J If most of the energy is produced from the fusion I make that about 300kg of hydrogen reacting, which is in the right ball park: the complete bomb weighed 27 tonnes. And of course the helium produced would weigh about the same but about 2.3kg less, the missing mass having been liberated to energy.
