I have my "only do what needs done" days once in a great while, but for the most part, I like to go above and beyond what needs to be done.

If my work load requires me to put in 15+ hour days going nonstop, not a problem. But when things settle down, you won't find me running around like a mad man looking busy or making up work. I'll be right here ABing like today.

i do more than i need to but i don't break a sweat. I kinda have to do more than what needs done because the other lady in the office (bosses wife) does not do anything unless asked 6 times.

yea but that is what you get when you work for a family owed company. don't get me wrong i take my breaks. (I'm at work right now lol)
