  • I am not familiar with the Ruby Ridge incident, but the agents should not be charged with murder in the Branch Davidian incident because they did not commit murder. It does not get any more logical than that!
  • This is pointless. I won't argue with you about it. The feds are obviously above the law and there's nothing I can do about it. Someday though, the American people are going to say "ENOUGH"! It's only a matter of time.
  • the govt has a right and duty to the rest of its citizens to make sure that dangerous terrorristic groups arent hiding in the usa. if the govt has a valid search warrant, any resistance by the adversary, is illegal. any threat of arms is a felony, and suggestive of more serious crimes. lawful authorities have the right to self protection and even offensive actions when confronted with armed citizens against a search warrant. deadly force is allowed and accepted... there is no excuse for resistance. when the govt begins to systematically destroy the citizens, then we can resist. 99% of the citizenry arent prepared to suggest we are there yet. this is a pointless debate
  • There is, in fact, no logical answer but what you yourself said: The feds can do what they want, and other feds will protect them. The honest facts are that the feds did indeed commit murder, but many of the murderers were not only not prosecuted but honored and promoted. In Waco, the feds murdered some four score mostly women and children, and at least one of their own was killed by other feds. The murdering feds, in fact, used a poison gas that is ILLEGAL in international warfare! Women and children murdered by federal agents using an illegal poison gas, yet someone tries to defend the murderers by saying, essentially, anything is OK if it's called "anti-terrorism."
  • They should be.However they will never see a trial, because the bigger picture would be if they are tried then that means the government would be at fault and we all know that will never happen.
