Growing up, i was told i had ADHD, and was given adderol. I took it for about maybe 6 years, until i said, mom im not taking this crap anymore, and then just went on with my life.... For me, i didnt see any difference, because I dont think i ever had "ADHD"... i was just bored.

Most ADHD medicines literally slow down your nervous system just a tic, enough that you can get control, and usually enough to make it just right and life-long. There is basically nothing to worry about, the narcotic part only applies to the high addiction possibility. It is unlikely to get addicted to this - its just highly possible. Luckily, that is pretty much the only side affect.
