Probably nothing. If you start blabbing, you might find yourself having to PROVE it is happening and who is doing it. Also, you;ll get a reputation as a snitch. However, if they get caught by someone in authority, they will be the ones who have to answer for it.

Honestly, it depends on what they are stealing. If they are taking reams of paper home, then I'd pass on telling anyone. If desks start disappearing, then I'd let someone know. We have a problem with coffee. We serve Starbucks in our office and people take the bags of coffee home all the time.

No matter what the value of the stolen property, it shows a dishonest character. I would fire them or tell their supervisor.
