  • you have to be patient and do a lot of sport, no like volleyball....like real sports that makes you swet a lot :) and STOP EATING MC DONALD ;)
  • Exercise alone won't help you lose weight unless you pair it with a healthy eating plan. Did you stick to a "clean eating" diet while exercising and doing cardio? Many people seem to be saying nowadays that to lose weight is 80% nutrition, 10% exercise and 10% genetics.
  • Dude, it's all what you eat. I don't care if you work out 60 hours a week, if you shove shit into your mouth you're never going to lose weight. Eat healthy, continue with a STABLE exercise routine, and just work at it.

  • I am no Heath and Fitness expert but someone's metablism or possible thyroid condition could lead to overweightness..........Consult a Doctor. Here's another idea...........no food or drink (just water) after 7 pm!! It's Hard! but try it.
  • go to your doctor, to get your thyrodes tested. if there is nothing wrong with them try this healthy eating thing that i did to help me. i basically ate a tone of melons (water melon, canary melon, honeydew melon) tangerines grapes, plums, salads (but very little dressing). you can eat pretty much any fruit or veggie, but thats what i eat and you can loose a lot of weight. the only veggies you dont wanna eat are things like potatoes, and corn, becouse they're all starch. if you have a good day and work out you can have a turkey sandwich on brown bread, just dont over do it on the mayones or mustered. oh and only drink water. good luck
