    They are not at all related. First off they live on two different continents. The anteater lives in forests and climbs trees, using their long claws to hang from branches and climb up trunks and vines. The live in South and Central America. They have quite a bit of hair with a big bushy tail. Their snout is long and pointy Aardvarks live under the ground, burrowing into holes, sometimes called earth pig. The have blunt snouts, a little like a pigs and big ears, live in Africa, and are nocturnal. They don't have much hair. Here are two photos. THe first is the anteater, second one aardvark
