Nopers! That's ridiculous. What about passengers? They're not allowed to use cell phones? Besides, it's not illegal in my state.

I think everybody should just carry around a bag of rocks they can throw when they see someone driving and talking. -
No. I'm sorry some people can't drive and talk on the phone but I can, and frankly I have to for my job.

No. What if you are trapped in the car or something terrible comes up and you need to make a call?
