Find a Catholic Church. Call them and simply ask if you can be converted. They may make you study the bible and stuff but they may not. You can start going to the church that you call so he sees you're taking part. Just make sure you do not go up and eat the host. You need to have your first communion. Good luck.

If you want to convert to Catholicism as an adult, you would want to go through the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults). This program will prepare you for all of the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, First Holy Communion, Confirmation). Also, in agreement with Sylvia Spisic when she advised not to receive communion before your First Holy Communion.
