  • I did five 20 minute naps with one 3 hour block. I stopped because I have trouble getting sleeping and I just couldn't get to sleep fast enough to make power naps work. I felt the same with that four and a half hours of sleep as I did with eight hours of sleep. I never had any blood tests while I was doing it, but my body definitely felt a lot different. Another thing is that when you're awake for more hours per day your appetite changes too.
